30 PALOS

SHORT FILM

“30 PALOS” is an experimental short film that explores the long-term consequences of bullying through the universe of video games and new audiovisual narratives—a sensory experience that seeks to address the issue in all its rawness.

Directed by Javier Noriega de Lara and starring José Barbado, both from Valladolid and survivors of school bullying, the project premiered in the Official Section of the Semana de Cine de Medina del Campo and has since had a long run at national and international festivals, with a strong presence in those focused on youth, human rights, and social issues.
